Description

Dr. Jachs from the Houston Community College History Department will be giving a lecture on the Texas Convict Lease System that was used here in Texas during the post Civil War era from 1867-1910.  Dr. Jachs will also discuss the graves found on the FBISD and the eventual outcome of that discovery.
