Join us on Wednesday, November 12 at 6 pm, for a lively discussion of Empress of the Nile, by Lynne Olson. This is a biography of the woman who led the daring effort to save ancient Egyptian temples from being submerged by the Aswan High Dam, defying global leaders and preserving vital cultural heritage. There are copies of the book available inside the library. 

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
