Come learn how you can make your area a happy place for our special feathered friends!

Shannon Westveer, an experienced volunteer with the Texas Master Naturalist Coastal Prairie Chapter will share helpful tips to get you started. You will learn about backyard birds, how to conserve populations, and the difference between migrants versus residents. You will also learn how to manage a suburban habitat so that birds can thrive in a human-dominated landscape.
