Program Description

Description

What your student will learn in this workshop:

  • Voice and Composition: How to write in your own "voice" and tell your story in a way that lets admissions knows you're more than just a GPA and SAT/ACT score.
  • The Dreaded "Eye Roll": It's 3:00 am and the admissions officer is on her 16th cup of coffee.  She picks up your essay, scans it, and ROLLS HER EYES... "Not ANOTHER one.” she thinks to herself.  You MUST avoid this at all costs.  We'll show you how.
  • Attention Grabbers: How to write an essay that grabs reader's attention immediately and keeps them reading until the very end.
