The world is a stressful place and there are many factors that can negatively impact our daily lives. This presentation will focus on the health of our minds and how to detoxify our minds. Learn how to cleanse the body and eliminate toxins that have accumulated over one’s life. Learn about how befriending one's mind can not only wipe the slate clean but also detoxify negative thought patterns and calm the body.
