Program Description

Description

Join us for a Family-History Research class, "Downsizing You Genealogy," on Wednesday, April 9, from 10:30-11:30 am. A lot of paperwork and information can accumulate after many years of genealogy research. Over time, it can become overwhelming. Decisions about what to keep and what to let go are hard to make. This class will help you downsize your research into something more manageable. Let us help you navigate this decision process. We will discuss how to downsize, organize, and digitize your work. We will also touch on other aspects of family history like family heirlooms and photographs. The class will take place in the Computer Lab at George Memorial Library in Richmond. Registration is required; sign up online or by calling 281-341-2608.
