Welcome to Landscape Success - Understanding Your Lawn!  Boone Holladay, an AgriLife Extension Agent, as well as the Fort Bend Master Gardeners, will take us through the following questions and more:

    What are the light needs for the turf grass? will it flourish in full sun or is there a grass that does well in shade as well?

    What are the watering needs? how often and how much?

    What are the nutrient needs?  fertilizer types and what for which grass type

    What are the common pests and diseases that attack our southern grasses/

    Are there any grass alternatives?
