Description

Join Young Audiences of Houston Teaching Artist, Junrui Garcia for an engaging and informative calligraphy class. This course is designed to facilitate participants to explore why and how some cultures value handwriting and calligraphy and how they can turn daily writing into calligraphy art. Participants will also discuss the significance of handwriting in this digital age.

This program is intended for ages 13 and older. This program is made possible by the Friends of the First Colony Branch Library.
