Description

Celebrate Drop Everything And Read (D.E.A.R.) Day!  This national celebration is a day to make reading a priority and enjoy books together.  From 1-3 pm, visit our reading lounge for a chance to relax with a good book, enjoy light refreshments, make a craft, and maybe win a prize!  Bring pillows, blankets, or yoga mats for a cozier reading experience (or to make a fort). 

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
