Program Description

Description

Sugar Land Heritage Foundation is exhibiting a colorful Dios De Los Muertos display in the Bohachevsky Gallery. Learn more about the Dios de Los Muertos (or Day of the Dead) tradition; the Little School of 400 here in Fort Bend -- a school that was a Mexican American effort to acculturate and acclimate Mexican schoolchildren to the US; and the San Isidoro cemetery in Sugar Land.  The exhibit will be from May 21 - June 1. As seen as at the Multicultural Festival on May 11.
