Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training, its health benefits, and meditation. This class will introduce basic movements to help you with balance and agility.

Tai Chi for Beginners is taught by Courtney S. Bryant, from the Prairie View A&M University Cooperative Extension.

This class is for designed for adults and teens.
