Unfortunately, this program has been canceled due to a planned power outage on the UH@SL campus.  

Hawks and kites and eagles, oh my! Dive into the world of raptors and discover their key role as top predators. Wild Bird Adventures provides a home and habitat to birds that can no longer live in the wild. In this program, you’ll have a chance to see live raptors that work as education ambassadors to get citizens excited to learn more about the natural world. This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of University Branch Library. 

Park inside the gated lot (VISITOR LOT 4).  Bring your parking ticket with you inside the library to be validated by library staff.  Parking is FREE if you get your ticket validated.  Parking outside the gated lot may result in a parking violation from the University of Houston.
