Program Description

Description

Enjoy an immersive, interactive experience with poetry! During a walking tour of
the library the cast will bring to life iconic poets of the past and present, such as
Maya Angelou, Shel Silverstein, Elizabeth Barett Browning, Edgar Allan Poe, and many more. Not only will they embody the poet, recite their poetry, but you can also converse with them as if you were speaking to the poet themselves!  This program is presented by The Live Oak Playhouse.
