Yoga is a wonderful means of relieving stress, and adding some calm to your life. It is also a wonderful, low-impact, way to get your body moving to work towards a healthier you. Christine Sewell has been practicing yoga for over 5 years. She loves to share her joy of yoga with others. Come join us to begin, or grow your yoga practice at this all levels class. No experience or flexibility required! Take some time for yourself and join Christine on the mat! Dress in comfortable fitted clothing, and bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and some water.
