Pro Se Basics Classes are intended to help those Self Represented Litigants.

Bring your crafting project to work on and meet others with similar interests. Share ideas, get tips and inspiration, and learn something new!

Please bring your own materials to finish a project or start a new one.

Stories, crafts and a movie for preschool children.  Recommended for ages 3-6 years.  We are unable to accommodate daycares and school groups in this program.

Learn the basics of Microsoft Word 2019.  With this word processing program, you can create letters, resumes, forms, and a host of other documents. 

Learn the basics of creating a slide presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint 2019.

This class covers:

• working with layouts
• inserting images and text
• understanding view modes
• printing

Learn the fundamentals of Microsoft Word 2016.  This introductory class will focus on the basic features for creating a word document, saving it, and how to print it.  Seating is limited, so registration is required.  After May 23 y

Stories, songs, and action rhymes for families with toddlers aged 1-3 years. This 30-minute program will conclude with an age-appropriate, take-home craft activity. We are unable to accommodate daycares and school groups in this program.

Whatever experience level you are at - from beginner to advanced - anyone who enjoys any type of crafting is welcome to attend.  These meetings are drop-in events where those attending bring their projects and their own crafting supplies.&nbs

English-language learners of any level are invited to practice conversation in a friendly, relaxed environment.

This conversation group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. No registration required.

Who doesn't like receiving gifts? Let's make new friends and celebrate old ones with some fun crafts! For grades 4-8.

Comic and manga fans are invited to an afternoon of gigantic comics, manga, nachos, movie screenings, door prizes, and more.

Supplies are limited and sponsored by the Friends of the Missouri City Branch Library. 

Work on your typing skills while playing fun games. For children in 3rd-8th grades. Registration required.

Exciting reptile program featuring: crocodiles, snakes, turtles, alligators, and more.

Registration is not required, but space is limited. We are unable to accommodate daycares and school groups.

Join us as we code a replica Pong game using scratch coding. We’ll code the bouncing ball game with sounds, points, and other effects.

Come on by the library to connect with your fellow peers! Have fun with others while playing a variety of Wii, card, and board games. Free snacks and refreshments will be provided. For those entering grades 4 and up.
