Participants will be introduced to artificial coral reefs and tower building. There will be a tower building contest and optional origami fish craft. Recommended for those entering grades 6-8. Seating is limited.

Always wanted to learn to play guitar, but don’t know where to start? Come join us for an overview of guitar playing, including the anatomy of a guitar, chord structures, finger placement on the guitar fretboard, and tuning a guitar.
The George Memorial Young Adult Advisory Council meets monthly to express ideas, organize upcoming teen activities, and suggest new teen programs. You can earn volunteer hours and help make the library a better place for teens.
High school students are invited to join this advisory council. Attendees can earn volunteer hours and enhance their college application or resume while helping their community. Registration is not required.
