The Missouri Branch Branch Young Adult Advisory Council meets monthly to express ideas, organize upcoming young adult activities, and suggest new teen programs for the branch. This program is for students in grades 9 through 12.
Participants will look at patterns found in snowflakes and build snowflakes of their own using Q-tips.
