For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected.  Now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices to help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age.  Join us to learn how to incorporate diet, nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement into a plan for healthy aging.

This program is presented by the Alzheimer’s Association.  It is free and open to the public.  No registration required.
