Description

Courtney Bryant, a Family and Community Health Extension Agent with the Prairie View A&M University Cooperative Extension Office, will present a series of Fall Risk Prevention Classes for older adults.  The classes will help attendees increase their balance and strength through strength building exercises.  This program will be taught in repeated sessions for patrons to attend one session or several.
