Program Description

Description

Behind every sound, there is science! Join AndyRoo as he explores sound waves, vibrations, air molecules, and frequency in this highly interactive music performance that teaches the science of sound. Demonstrations of unique sounds will be introduced to students through instuments such as guitar, ukulele, kazoo, voice, and more! Sutdents will be encouraged to sing, move, listen, and identify sound characteristics as they explore how sound is produced, how it moves, and how it is perceived. This program is made possible thanks to the Friends of the First Colony Branch Library.
