Program Description

Description

Many of us worry about forgetfulness and memory loss, particularly as we age, but there’s plenty you can do!  Join Erica Knighton from Prairie View A&M Extension as she presents Masters of Memory, a six-lesson series aimed at helping older adults understand how their memory works, identify factors that impact their memory, and find ways to improve memory function.

Space is limited, registration is required.  Register in person, online, or by calling the library at 281-238-2140.  Come to any or all sessions!
