Come celebrate and explore the flavors of the African diaspora with us! Join Erica Knighton from Prairie View A&M Extension as she presents A Taste of African Heritage, a six-part series that will take place each Tuesday evening April 30 through June 4. This series is aimed at demonstrating how to prepare healthy, delicious meals with a unique African flair.

  • April 30 – “African-Heritage Diet, Spices, & Herbs”
  • May 7 – “Leafy Greens”
  • May 14 – “Whole Grains”
  • May 21 – “Four Beans & Rice”
  • May 28 – “Tubers & Mashes”
