Program Description

Description

Sienna Branch Library invites you to listen to a presenter from the TX Wildlife Association! They will discuss the adaptations, characteristics, and basic needs of birds, and students will use hands-on investigations to discover traits of birds, focusing on birds native to Texas, from the wild turkey to birds of prey. Students will study functions of bird anatomy, exploring real bird biofacts, and listen to the calls of native wild birds. Recommended for grades K-5th. Bring a friend!
