Description
Mindful Movement will be a 45 minute class, offering participants an opportunity to take time and tune in to their minds and bodies. Ameera will lead the class through a sequence of beginner friendly stretches and exercises that will aid in strength, flexibility, mental focus, and relaxation.
No prior Yoga experience is necessary for this class. Students must bring their own yoga mats.
