Description
Presented by Liz McNeel, Keller Williams and Founder of Houston Senior Living Series
Senior Series is a series of conversations with local experts focused on the unique and complex housing related issues facing mature homeowners and their families. This month’s topic is The Truth About Driving After 80.
As we age, driving can become more challenging, but it’s often a key part of maintaining independence. This seminar is designed to help seniors and their families navigate the realities of driving later in life. Learn about the physical and cognitive changes that impact driving abilities; discover safe driving strategies; understand the warning signs that may indicate it’s time to consider reducing or stopping driving; get tips on how to have tough conversations with loved ones about driving concerns; and explore alternatives to driving and how to plan for a safe and smooth transition when driving is no longer the best option.
Liz McNeel, with Keller Williams Metropolitan and Founder of the Houston Senior Living Series will moderate a panel of experts in exploring this topic. This program is geared toward older adults and their family members. It is free and open to the public. No registration required.
