Program Description

Description

This program is for anyone interested in gaining a better understanding of the necessity of wills or other estate planning documents; how an estate plan will benefit them; and the disadvantages of not having an estate plan.

It will be led by Evelyn L. Gordon, who over the past eight years has primarily concentrated her practice of law on Estate Planning and Probate Law, Family Law, and Consumer Law matters. She has a broad understanding of Estate Planning matters and frequently offers her free Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning: Controlling the Distribution of Your Assets and Estate Administration: A Bare Bones Guide to Texas Probate seminars to local libraries, colleges, and churches.

This program is geared toward older adults and their family members. It is free and open to the public.

No registration required. For more information, please call 281-238-2100.
