Program Description

Description

Your breath has the power to change your life. Breathing exercises are a core component of practices like meditation, martial arts, and yoga. The purpose of breath work is to consciously alter your breathing pattern so that you can relax, improve your energy levels, strengthen your immune system, change your state of consciousness, or calm your parasympathetic nervous system. Join us to learn the first steps into practicing meditation.

This program is geared toward older adults. It is free and open to the public.

Registration is required. Reserve your space online, or call the branch at 281-238-2100.
