Stress and anxiety seem to follow us wherever we go these days. It affects our relationships. Join us as local mental health professional, Nicole Ponce of Nicole Ponce Counseling,  gives us tips and tricks for keeping our anxiety under control in various situations.

Topics include the functional purpose of anxiety and what it does in our bodies, how to change the way you perceive anxiety, and coping skills such as breath work, movement, and CBT skills.
